Working After Dark? What Entrepreneurs Need To Know.
The average entrepreneur tends to work crazy hours with mandatory multitasking. Living off ramen noodles and a 24/7 lifestyle, entrepreneurs often find themselves pushing both as night owls and as morning people. However, these late-nights can often increase the amount of time you’re sitting and also decrease the amount of motivation compared to when you’re an early riser.
Nothing beats a good night’s sleep, here are a few ways to restore your work-life balance and get some quality shut-eye.
1. Exercise makes you a shiny, happy person. Block out the business and inhale the spirit of the universe for a super-productive version of you.
2. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. This helps your melatonin and serotonin (the happy juice) to function together so your body doesn’t feel like jet lag.
3. BabyPose to establish personal peace. Apparently sitting in this pose for 15 minutes is equal to hours of sleep. It’s worth a shot!
We’ve all wished for “If there were only two more hours in the day” this fantasy that we could learn all of Britney Spear’s choreography (the years before K-Fed) and finally DIY something from our Pinterest board if we had just a few more hours. If you’re worried about punching your time-card, scheduling enough sleep into your daily routine can help fuel your morning.
