We have a budget, can you work within it?
Yes. Each brand has a different story to tell. This requires a great amount of time and dedication. Additionally, I conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand your business and your consumers to bring your objectives to life. With these factors in mind, custom design tends to cost more. I do offer a variety of levels and options for all our services to try to accommodate all types of budgets as much as we can. How far in advance should I contact you about starting a project?
This largely depends on your project, but it’s safe to assume that the larger the scope, the earlier you should contact us. We find it’s best to start a dialogue, set realistic expectations, and work towards a deadline.
What experience do you have?
We’re glad you asked. While our portfolio at Hello Anna Branding is modest (but growing), we have actually been doing this professionally for over 5 years. First working in medium-sized and reputable advertising agencies, and now in our 4th year as a company, we’ve kept our hands busy working with clients both small and large. We’ve developed brand identities, social channels, web design, blogs, business cards, Facebook campaigns, custom SEO packages and everything in between.

Do you have office hours?
I typically respond to emails and calls anywhere from 24 hours to 72 business hours. I do my best to respond as promptly as possible and response time usually depends on my work load at that time. I do prefer to schedule all calls, Skype, and Google Hangout sessions in advance so that I may plan to be available and allot the proper amount of time for our conversation.
