I can guarantee this – if you do the work, you’ll see results. The type of results depend on how realistic your expectations are, how competitive your market is, if you follow the plan, and how quickly we can execute. I cannot guarantee that your website will be on the first page of Google. In general, you should plan on 3 months minimum (recommended 6 months) from the time we start working together.

I do SEO very differently as I have a hybrid method that teaches and coaches you on foundational SEO principles as I believe in distilling knowledge and empowering you.  I want to train you on how to integrate SEO into the marketing mix of activities and get more bang for your buck.

Additionally, I conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand your business and your consumers to bring your objectives to life. With these factors in mind,  a competitive market landscape, custom SEO strategy, and bigger expectations can cost more. I do offer a variety of levels and options for all my services to try to accommodate all types of budgets as much as I can. Yes indeed! Over the past 2 years I have worked with brands all across the United States, and as far away as Melbourne. Today’s technology makes it easy to get to know one another and stay in contact. I use Skype, Slack or Google+ Hangouts to chat, and I am very diligent with my email, ensuring your project gets the attention it deserves.

Fairly simple actually. Once you contact me with a few details, such as project parameters and a timeline, I’ll schedule a consult (either face-to-face or via Skype) to get to know you better. We’ll discuss your project, pricing, and map out any deliverables that are needed. Once we come to agreement, I’ll put together a proposal. Then, once I receive the proposal back and signed, you will kindly complete the deposit/first invoice to hold your spot in my queue and I’ll get to work! I will also need you to complete a detailed questionnaire.* please note this deposit is nonrefundable

All time estimates are dependent upon the individual project, number/complexity of revisions, client response timeliness, and my current booking schedule.

First working in medium-sized and reputable advertising agencies, and now in our 2nd year as a company, I’ve kept our hands busy working with clients both small and large. Please keep in mind that all deposits are nonrefundable. This is my way of securing your spot in my upcoming queue.  I often plan my projects several months ahead of time and scheduling is the essential to making sure I give all of my clients the proper amount of time their project deserves.  With that, I often turn away clients for your reserved time slot.  Therefore, if you back out it may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project.  Our nonrefundable deposit is our way of securing payment and making sure my clients are serious about moving forward with their project. I graciously accept Paypal payments or written checks made out to Hello Anna Branding & Co. Most project payments are due in two parts, the first half payment is due upon booking and to hold your spot in our queue.  The second half of the project payment is delivered at project completion, before any final project deliverables are provided. I offer monthly payment plans for ongoing projects. All monthly payment due dates will be detailed in your proposal.

I typically respond to emails and calls anywhere from 24 hours to 72 business hours.  I do my best to respond as promptly as possible and response time usually depends on my work load at that time.  I do prefer to schedule all calls, Skype, and Google Hangout sessions in advance so that I may plan to be available and allot the proper amount of time for our conversation.
